Train with Bare Bait Dance!
Westside Theater offers a variety of opportunities to train with Bare Bait Dance company professionals through weekly drop-in classes as well as community classes for all levels.

Mondays | 5:30-7pm
Training with Bare Bait Dance professional company members, Company Class focuses on Contemporary Modern technique building week-to-week on a variety of skills for advanced dancers. All adult movers and advanced teen dancers are welcome.

Thursdays 12:15-1:15 pm
Training with Bare Bait Dance professional company members, Contemporary Ballet is designed for experienced dancers with a solid foundation in classical ballet. This class builds on traditional ballet structure while incorporating contemporary and somatic approaches to support efficiency, clarity, and artistry in movement.

Training with Bare Bait Dance professional company members, Mat Pilates is designed for active bodies and dancers in mind. Previous experience with Pilates recommended. Please bring your own mat.

Westside Theater's community class series is designed for the adult mover who wants to explore contemporary modern technique in a supportive and playful atmosphere. Classes are offered, usually in 8-week sessions, throughout the year for beginning and intermediate movers.

Movement Classes and Performance Opportunities!
BodyCraft offers choreographic strategies, improvisational skills, individualized mentorship, and collaborative blueprints for young dance artists, ages 6-18.
These classes are designed as a valuable supplement to technique and movement classes that dancers are already taking at other studios, though no formal previous dance training is required to participate.

Join BodyCraft Director Rachel Oliver Young and Assistant Director Toree Wilson to experience and explore Bare Bait Dance’s newest youth programming.
All pop-up classes are free of charge with no pre-registration.

Looking for a summer camp that builds confidence and creativity?
BodyCraft Summer Camp blends movement, imagination, and collaboration into a week-long dance experience ending in a live showing. Open to incoming 1st-6th graders, no prior dance experience necessary.

Slightly shorter, re-designed versions of our normal professional productions for children ages 2-10 and their guardians through hands-on, interactive programming.
